Hello!
You can now hire The Brew Box to be your very own Vintage Wedding Coffee Trailer, serving speciality coffee in style for you and your guests. We are professionally trained baristas and only use the best coffee and locally sourced ingredients. We will arrive at your venue and set up whilst you say I do. Then, after the ceremony, we will be ready to celebrate with you!
Brewing up some love in a cup is something we adore doing and the chance to be a part of someone’s big day is such a great buzz for us. The suspense and excitement of a wedding party especially immediately after the “official part” is contagious! You’ve just said the big “We Do!” and everyone you love has been your witness. Now it’s time to relax, get chatting and refresh! Cue great coffee, tea & special treats from our vintage horse box.
Lyndsey can style the trailer to suit your tastes and I (joe) will be brewing the coffee, tea and treats. Together we love to bring people together over great coffee and to get the bubbly chat flowing about all the craic that is going to happen that evening. Our aim is to gather your guests together over a wee warm cuppa and a giggle before moving onto their next destination feeling relaxed, refreshed and excited for the serious banter later on in the evening.

Any extra fees?
In some cases travel fees may apply. Contact us with your location and we will let you know.
What are your prices?
Our prices start at €500 for 120/200 wedding guests. You can view our Menu and prices here in our The brew box wedding package pdf.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 20% deposit to save your date and the remainder to be paid 2 weeks before your wedding date.
What can you offer us?
Surprise your guests with our Vintage Wedding Coffee Trailer. Your guests can pick from any of our barista coffees. From americano’s to flat whites with almond milk we can warm your guests up and provide them with that much needed fuel for your eventful day. You can also opt to add on a selection of treats for your guests eg. artisan cookies, shortbread or cupcakes. See our menu in The brew box wedding package
Anything else i SHOULD KNOW?
On the day we stay as long as you need us too or until the last guest leaves. We leave no trace and bring all our compostable cups home with us. We do have our own power supply but appreciate a plug if it’s there. Also we do recommend checking with your parish/venue that it is ok to have us there before confirming your booking with us.
